Performances

It is my pleasure to welcome audiences back for another exciting season of Mason Players productions at George Mason University’s School of Theater. Season 2023–24 builds on our mission of promoting creativity, innovation, and greater awareness of diverse identities and cultural experiences with an entire year devoted to women-centered narratives including 9 to 5: The Musical with music by Dolly Parton, and an original adaptation of Euripides' The Trojan Women entitled fallen, conceived and directed by faculty member Theresa Ohanian. We will also continue offering increased access by streaming original live performances such as The Originals!, which features new student work, and 1,001 Plays, our international exchange of plays which now boasts seven global partners. The School of Theater is proud to share our vision and hopes that you will join us to celebrate this work.
